Dear students, families, and community members:

Welcome to Prairie Elementary School! It is a tremendous privilege to be serving as a building administrator at Prairie Elementary. 

Undoubtedly, our exemplary staff, students, and families are our greatest asset as we are working tirelessly in building the foundation of our community. Collectively, all vested parties collaboratively emulate our Prairie mission - “Learning together, growing together.” Our commitment to nurturing the individualized needs of each child in an equitable environment frames up the success for our children. The caring, supportive, and welcoming culture is showcased in the pride demonstrated throughout the building. 

As you walk down our hallways, you will see the student work adorning the walls demonstrating high levels of learning and great student growth. As you continue your stroll, you will witness the pulse and joy of engaging learning in each of the classrooms. That vigor reverberates throughout the building no matter if you walk by Spanish, music, art, library, wellness, physical education, or in a grade level classroom. 

As you round out your hallway journey, you can not help but notice the extreme care and pride that makes our building shine. Our students, staff, and most importantly our custodial staff, demonstrate their pride in keeping our building clean and “fresh.” It is a testament to what we believe: Prairie Pride Shines!
