Students Celebrate Computer Science Education Week!

Prairie students in 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades had the chance to celebrate Computer Science Education week by working on some Hour of Code activities during their lunch recesses. Students worked together in teams to get Sphero Mini robots and Code and Go Mice robots through mazes, explored coding commands for the Sphero Indi robots to complete race courses and completed online coding challenges. What a great week for celebrating our students' coding skills!

Welcome to Summer with the Waunakee Community School District. You can view our summer school website for more details!

If your child will be absent from summer school classes, please call to let us know. We realize that attendance is not mandatory, but we want to make sure that all our students are safe and accounted for. The Summer School attendance line is available, beginning on June 17 for all schools.
